Product Overview
The high frequency straight seam welded pipe production line processes steel belt through a feeding unit, forming it into tube billets via rollers. Using high frequency proximity and skin effects, the strip edges are instantly heated to welding temperature and joined under pressure from squeezing rollers. The welded pipe then undergoes water cooling, sizing, and straightening to meet required specifications.
